Yesterday, my husband and I took some time out of our busy schedules to get out and enjoy the snow. We have both been pretty focused on our work lately, and we thought it would be nice to get out, take a little walk, and experience some of the weather that we had inevitable been avoiding.
It’s no secret that I do not love Winter and the cold snowy weather that it brings. Growing up in Oklahoma, I am used to one or two big snows in the Winter months, that promptly melts away when the temperatures raise back up after a couple days (minus the Snowpocalypse of 2011 – y’all know what I’m talking about). But this being our 2nd Winter in Ohio, I have learned that in the Midwest, it is anything but mild to an Oklahoma girl. So we decided that we needed to document a little bit of our snowy Midwestern Winter since we have barely seen the ground in the past month.
We went to the same place where we took some of our Fall photos (that can be seen here) to take some new seasonal photos of the cold, but albeit, beautiful snow.
